RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your parcel if you would like to return or exchange.

Please courier the item back to us, in a good condition (not worn).

As soon as we have received the parcel, we will then refund you or send you another item or size of your choice.

DELIVERY

Orders take 2 – 4 weeks to process and make from scratch according to what you have chosen

Once your order is complete, Sticky Toffie Clothing will courier your parcel to the provided address given upon Check out.

Courier Delivery takes between 2 – 7 days, depending on your region.

ORDER REGARDING BRIDESMAID DRESSES

Please do get in contact with Annelie to find out if the style, fabric and design of your choice of dresses will be compatible with what Sticky Toffie Clothing expertise’s in.

Once we have discussed your vision, we will send you the Order Form as well as the Measurement Form with a short video clip on how to take the measurements correctly.
